Bike Reservations

• To reserve a ordered bike, please call (514 488-9717) or visit the store to inquire after it's availability
• In order to secure a reservation of the bike we ask for a deposit of small value for assurance. This can be completed in-store or on the phone
• Once the deposit has been made the bike will be delivered in store and kept aside in your name
• We prioritize building bikes that have already been reserved
• Once the bike has been built, you will be notified and asked to pay the remainder of the bill

*Bike reservations are fulfilled based off the availability of our ordered stock.

*We cannot cancel orders that have already been made. We cannot offer a full reimbursement of the deposit.

* If you do not want the bike after you have made a deposit we can provide in-store credit of equal value to the deposit  

*Due to continuing issues with supply chain from the COVID-19 pandemic, bikes that are on order are subject to change including but not exclusive to year, price, colour; we are not responsible for these changes. As well, bike delivery dates are approximations given to us by the bike manufacturers and can change suddenly.
